Food journal and more

Wednesday 8/3:

Breakfast: McDonalds Sausage McMuffin :(
Snack: yougart and diced fruit
Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwich
Dinner: Manwhich

Exercise: going no where fast with this exercise bit :-/

Thursday 8/4:

Breakfast: Sausage Burrito
Lunch: BLTA on a croissant
Dinner: Scalloped Potatoes and ham. 2 glasses of Pink Lemonaid. (about 16 oz)

Exercise: I WILL get there I promise myself I will!

Side Notes and comments:

I am changing my rewards and punishments...
Reward: green paint for the kitchen/play room. And the bonus here? All the exercise I will get by painting.
Punishment: waking up early everyday to do the elliptical (since it should be in the house by the end of the month). And this is in addition to my plan of 3 nights/week on the elliptical.

Also, Thanks to a great friend of mine donating use of her Weight Watchers account I can now use their Points Plus program. Obvioulsy I know my eating habits are bad. Now I will have the help of the program to help me. :) Yesterday was an eye opener for me as I went over my points for the day. Now I need to work on keeping that in check. I will work on my eating this month. Then at the end of the month I will have the elliptical and ab machine set up and I SHOULD be able to add in the exercise piece. I am mostly going to focus on the healthier eating for now.
