A weeks worth

I need to get better at updating daily. But for now...

Thursday 7/28: This was a bad day :(

Breakfast: Bagel and Cream Cheese
Snack: Bagel and Cream Cheese
Lunch: CPK Chicken Chopped Salad
Dinner: Wendys Origional Chicken Sandwich and baked potatoe

Exercise: I dove to BFE and picked up my new elliptical where the guy threw in an ab machine for free. Does this count? No, I didn't think so. *sigh*

Friday 7/29:

Breakfast: Bagel and Cream Cheese
Snack: Bagel and Cream Cheese (craving carbs *sigh* these need to go away!)
Lunch: PB&J with an apple
Snack: Trail Mix and Beef Jerkey
Dinner: Hamburger Healper Cheese Macaroni

Exercise: Bombed here again. :( Did I mention with 5 people living in the house right now there is NO room for an elliptical and ab machine?? Just counting the days until I have space again... 4 weeks and counting...

Saturday 7/30:

Breakfast: Eggs with cheese and ham
Lunch: Grilled Cheese
Dinner: BBQ Chicken, Pasta Salad, Veggies and bread

Exercise: Took the kids for a bike ride. I walked. I LOVE my new Shape Ups! :)

Sunday 7/31:

Breakfast: oops! Forgot to eat!
Lunch: Pasta Salad, Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich
Dinner: Ham, mashed potatoes, and peas

Exercise: Took the kids swimming

Monday 8/1:

Breakfast: McDonalds Sausage and Cheese Muffin
Lunch: Ham, mashed potatoes, peas
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Chicken Casserole

Exercise: nothing again

Tuesday 8/2:

Breakfast: Bagel and Cream Cheese
Lunch: Chicken casserole
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Manwich

Exercise: :(

Weigh In: 262.3lbs. Well, at least I still lost my 3 lbs for the week. :-/

  1. I think you're doing good, Ally! (But hey! Where;s that soda?) I thought of a couple suggestions, if you'd like 'em:

    When you have cream cheese with your bagels, have you thought of switching to the whipped kind? These have so much air fluffed into them that there is less calories per ounce, kwim? You can trick your mind into thinking you're getting as much as you REALLY want but actually use less. And I'm not EVEN suggesting the low fat kind... who wants that?

    My other suggestion: Broccoli! I seriously eat a lot more broccoli when I'm dieting because of the fiber... it fills you up well and it's really good steamed with salt and pepper. It's yummy tossed into an omelet, in pasta, on pizza or on it's own.

  2. I din't even think about drinks. I suppose I should be tracking those as well! OOPS! Thanks! And i do buy the whipped. I love the whipped! :)
